Returns & Exchange Policies
At ARDO it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Ardo website.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

Product must be unused.

All product tags intact and in their original packaging.

Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.
Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO ARDO, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode

We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.
Or to raise a return request drop us an email on Info@houseofardo.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order ID, product name and product units on the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.
We make two attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: +91-9619772492
EXCHANGES:
At Pinaakee we have 7days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:

Only size exchanges are allowed.

Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
Refund Policy
Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
The expected timelines are as below:
If Payment Method is prepaid it will take atleast 7 Business Days after successful Quality Check
For COD Orders* it will take atleast 7 Business days after successful Quality Check
*For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits
If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges/ COD handling charges will not be refunded.
In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at Info@houseofardo.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM.
Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
